DISTANCE CONTRACT
This distance contract (hereinafter – the Contract) is concluded between the online store www.toyguns.lv (hereinafter – the Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter – the Buyer).

2. Product description
Shop www.toyguns.lv offers toy weapons for purchase.
3. Age restrictions
Orders in the online store may only be placed by persons who have reached the age of 18.
Minors (under 18 years of age) may make purchases only with the consent and under the supervision of parents or guardians.
When using a bank card, PayPal, or internet banking, it is assumed that the owner of the payment method assumes full legal responsibility for the purchase made.
If the store receives reliable information that an order has been placed on behalf of a minor without the consent of a parent/guardian, the administration reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment to the payer.
4. Terms of use of goods
When purchasing goods in the store www.toyguns.lv for adults on behalf of minors, it is recommended to observe the age restrictions indicated on the product page and packaging, in order to avoid injuries and other unpleasant situations related to careless use of the store’s products (for example, in accordance with the law, since some toy models may resemble real weapons).
Toy firearms for children are recommended to be used only under adult supervision.
Do not aim at the face and eyes. Protective goggles must be worn.
Toy weapons imitate real weapons – avoid misleading other people.
Do not modify the manufacturer's design to increase the weapons' power. This may cause injuries, damage the toys, create problems with local legislation, and will void the warranty.
For battery-powered toy weapons, use only the chargers supplied with the set. Do not leave charging batteries unattended!
All products sold on the www.toyguns.lv website comply with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and do not fall within the scope of the Law on the Circulation of Weapons, because their power is less than 0.5 joules. At the same time, the laws of other European Union countries may differ from those of the Republic of Latvia, so buyers who order toy weapons for delivery to other EU countries are obliged to familiarize themselves with and comply with the legislation of their own country.
5. Placing orders
Purchases can be made by both registered and unregistered users. Registered users have access to a more convenient order history, the ability to track the fulfillment of the current order, and an easier process to submit a return request if necessary. All prices on the website are indicated in euros (EUR) including VAT and do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of order and added to the purchase price. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. In the case of an incorrect address, the order is considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued until the goods have been returned to the Seller.
6. Payment terms
The payment terms are detailed in the section "Payment"which is an integral part of this Contract. The order is accepted only after full payment has been received. Payment processing between different banks may take 1–2 business days.

8. Pre-order terms and conditions
Precēm ar statusu “Iepriekšpasūtījums” tiek piemēroti īpaši nosacījumi: tās ir preces, kas atrodas starptautiskās piegādes procesā uz Pārdevēja noliktavu. Šādām precēm tiek piemērota dinamiskā atlaide (līdz 30%), kuras apmērs ir atkarīgs no laika, kas atlicis līdz preces plānotajam pienākšanas datumam (aprēķina formula: 1% atlaide par katrām 3 gaidīšanas dienām). Atlaide tiek fiksēta pasūtījuma apmaksas brīdī. Plānotais piegādes datums ir norādīts katras attiecīgās preces lapā. Maksimālais saistību izpildes termiņš ir 100 calendar days from the moment of payment. Ja prece netiek piegādāta šajā termiņā, Pircējam ir tiesības uz tūlītēju pilnu naudas atmaksu. Iepriekšpasūtījuma precēm drošības un specifisko piegādes termiņu dēļ nav pieejami nomaksas, līzinga vai kredīta pakalpojumi (piemēram, ESTO nomaksa). Apmaksa veicama tikai ar tiešajiem maksājuma veidiem (bankas karte vai internetbanka). Detalizēti noteikumi pieejami sadaļā "Pre-order terms and conditions"which is an integral part of this Contract.
9. Right of withdrawal and product returns
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchased product within 14 days from the moment of its receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, complete, unused, and undamaged. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the Buyer. After receiving the product, but no later than within two weeks, the Seller will assess its condition and refund the money. The right of withdrawal may not be applied if the product is found to have damages, incomplete components, or damaged packaging. The exact return procedure is described in the section "Returns"which is an integral part of this Contract.
10. Warranty
The product is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from improper use or maintenance. To claim the warranty, proof of purchase is required. Under the warranty, the Seller may offer product repair, replacement with an equivalent item, or a full refund of the purchase price.
11. Personal data processing
The principles of personal data processing are detailed in the section "Privacy Policy"which is an integral part of this Contract.
12. Force majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill the Agreement if such failure is due to force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, strikes, government restrictions, etc.) that could not have been foreseen or prevented.
13. Dispute resolution
All disputes between the Seller and the Buyer shall be resolved through mutual negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedures established by the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia, in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.
By entering into this distance contract, the Buyer confirms that they have read the terms of the contract and agree to comply with them.
