These terms describe in detail the procedure for placing and processing pre-orders in the online store www.toyguns.lv.
1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an opportunity to reserve and purchase an item that, at the time of placing the order, is in the process of international delivery to the Seller's warehouse. This service allows the Buyer to be guaranteed to receive the desired item immediately upon its arrival at the warehouse, while receiving a significant discount for the waiting time.
2. Delivery terms
2.1. Estimated arrival date: An individual estimated date for when the item will arrive at the Seller's warehouse in Latvia is specified for each pre-order item on the website.
2.2. Maximum fulfillment period: Despite the planned date, the maximum period for fulfillment of obligations is 100 calendar days from the moment of payment.
2.3. If the item is not delivered within 100 days, the Buyer is entitled to an immediate full refund.
2.4. If delivery is delayed beyond the planned date (but does not exceed 100 days), the Seller may grant the Buyer a special discount coupon (a discount for the next purchase, free shipping, or another bonus) for future purchases as moral compensation.
3. Dynamic pricing
3.1. A "variable discount" is applied to pre-order items: the more time remains until the receipt of the goods, the larger the discount.
3.2. Calculation formula: The discount is calculated according to the principle — 1% discount for every 2 calendar daysremaining until the planned arrival date (but not more than 30% in total).
3.3. The Buyer locks in the most favorable price at the moment the order and payment are made.
4. Payment terms
4.1. Pre-order items are only available via direct payment methods (bank cards or online banking payments).
4.2. Credit and installment services (e.g., ESTO installment) are not available for pre-orders.to protect the Buyer from credit obligations beginning before the receipt of the goods.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. The Buyer has the right to cancel the pre-order at any time before the item is dispatched, as well as within 14 days after receiving the item, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
5.2. In the event of cancellation, the Seller shall refund the full amount paid to the Buyer's account.
