According to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods and return the product to the store. In accordance with Article 12, paragraph 6, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging with the manufacturer\u2019s seal, undamaged, and include all accessories. If the product or its packaging has any physical damage (burned, crushed, cracked, broken seals, etc.) or if accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The Buyer is responsible for all return costs.<\/p>\n
To return a product, make sure it meets the requirements of the return policy. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

\n3. Check the items you wish to return, verify the quantity, and enter the reason for return.
\n4. When you are finished, click the button below.
\n5. Wait for the return confirmation. You can check it by going to My account, My returns. After the return is confirmed, the status will change from \u201cawaiting confirmation\u201d to \u201cawaiting packaging.\u201d

7. After receipt, if everything is in order, we will start the refund process. The store undertakes to refund the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days from the moment we receive the returned goods.<\/p>\n
